We assist in the determination of root causes for process and equipment failures. With 40 years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience and knowledge of boilers, combustion turbines, engines and nuclear generation, we stand ready to assist or facilitate your investigation.

Our team has 18 years experience with the training process and is knowledgeable of the SAT process. We have previously investigated such things as a high failure rate on an NRC exam.

We have an RN BSN PHN on staff with 35 years experience in hospital, psychiatric and public health fields to assist you in your investigation.
